Liquidation.com Reviews

The Liquidation.com reviews show that this is an auction website that auctions off surplus items that are mainly geared at commercial use. This is not your run of the mill auction website. This website primarily calls commercial business owners their customers.

The site is easy to use and clearly is a professional website. I was cruising around to see what was available and hit on the Clothing and Apparel link and was shocked when the tab opened and there were Guess, Coach and Nine West purses listed in a lot of 18 for $100. I found this a bit hard to believe since a Coach purse can easily run you over $100 on its own.

The lists were really incredible things like 100 pairs of women's Dolce and Gabanna sunglasses for $100??? I hate to be a nay sayer but experience has taught me if something sounds too good to be true nine times out of ten it is.

This website seemed like a legit site to me. It made me put everything else about the site to the side and take a look at what other people had to say about liquidation.com. I found that what you did was buy directly from the site which meant to me that it was a bit more secure than I initially thought it was.

Apparently liquidation.com has a warehouse full of stuff that they are auctioning off at any given time. You do not have to deal with individual sellers. There are some precautions you can take when you are bidding on this site.

Keep in mind there is a buyers premium that you will pay when you win the item you are also responsible for the shipping costs.

Complaints

Liquidation.com has some problems for sure. I found quite a few angry users. Evidently liquidation.com was recommended as a buying source for folks that have ebay stores and many of them were sorely disappointed.

Here is one from reviews.ebay.com

“End game recommendation is that you avoid Liquidation.com at all cost. If you buy from them, buy only new merchandise, and even that's a risk. You'll see that if you Google "complaints about liquidation.com." If you buy from them expect shoddy service and a long wait for the merchandise to arrive. I can't think of too many eBayers who can spend upwards of $1500 to wait thirty days for their merchandise.”

and another one from the same site “I have purchased about half a dozen lots of computer equipment from them and have had disputes for almost every one of them. You should be advised that Liquidation.com will only honor a dispute if there is a "gross misrepresentation" of the item. That translates into something like, "you bid on and win a computer and they ship you a toaster oven . . . ". The only time Liquidation.com honored one of my disputes was when they clearly shipped me items that were totally different from the listing description.”

Overall, the Liquidation.com reviews show that this is a legit site and is not a scam, however most people prefer using a service like AuctionResource.org for finding deals online.
