Stealthat.com Review – Is Stealthat.com a Scam?

I don't know about you but I love this name. It just sounds to me like there are tons of bargains just waiting to be stolen. The name of this website completely intrigues me. I went to go check things out and found that what I was left with was an age old question! What is in a name?

The Stealthat.com review shows that this is a penny auction site. Yes another penny auction site. Can it be possible that yet another penny auction site has cropped up? The answer although hard to believe is a resounding yes! I should have known when I read the name for the first time that this was a penny auction site. While I feel that there are deals to be had at some penny auction sites, I still prefer using a service like Auctionresource.org for finding deals.

Things I did Not Like

I figured I would start with the things I did not like because that list was going to be far longer than the things I did like. The first and most obvious thing that smacked me in the face upon my arrival was the elementary way the website is produced.  Honestly I felt that the site was just a bit too plain. The landing page was just that a landing page there was no evidence that I was at any type of auction site other than the scrolling space in the middle that was scrolling continuously through pictures of items I could bid on. Although honestly the pictures that were scrolling seemed to be stock photos and not photos of actual items.

I could not check out the inventory because you had to register to do so. I did not want to go through the hassle of registering.

I just didn’t know about Stealthat.com  so I tried to find other consumers reviews.  I could not find any actual reviews just a few comments asking the experience of other consumers with this site.

In Defense

Just to point this out will make me feel like I am being a bit more fair. This is a really new penny auction site. They only got started in January of 2011, making it a little over a year old as of this writing.  Maybe over time the site will improve and they will be able to impress me a bit more.

Overall, the Stealthat.com reviews show that this is a legit penny auction site and is not a scam, however most people prefer using a service like Auctionresource.org for finding deals online.
